Teacher Appreciation Week is 2-6 May. Spread some love with one of our card templates and enter our giveaway to win an exclusive Book Creator swag bag!

Teachers are a special sort of person. Every day you show up and put your whole heart into teaching students then go above and beyond to see them succeed. Although we believe teachers should be appreciated every day, there is Teacher Appreciation Week celebrated on the first week of May every year to ensure you are not missed.

As well as this, National Teacher Day takes place on the Tuesday of Teacher Appreciation Week so it’s the perfect time to really show some love and honour our teachers for everything they do. πŸ’›

Shine a light on teachers

I know when I was a child, I had no idea how much work teachers put into their lessons, classrooms and in creating a safe space for students to learn and succeed.

Now that I speak with teachers on a daily basis, I understand the critical role you play in shaping children's lives. You inspire, support and empower every child to recognise their own abilities. ✨

This Teacher Appreciation Week, take the time to say thank you with one of our special card templates. With 6 different designs, your students can choose their preferred card then write a special message inside in their own personal way.

Get your card templates

Once you have a Book Creator account, you can add the cards to your library with a couple of clicks!

Simply select a card from the library below then click the πŸ’« Remix button to get your copy. You can then choose which library you want to add it to. This can be repeated for as many of the books as you like.

Once you've invited students to join that library with the library invite code, they can simplyΒ make a copy of the bookΒ and add in their personal message.

We understand that messages will be personal so it is up to your students how they want to share that.

We also want to take the time to say our own thank you. You teachers create beautiful books and we wouldn’t be here without your support, hard work and commitment to ensure that every voice is heard.

We’d love to read as many Teacher Appreciation cards over the week coming so we're asking you to share your cards over Twitter, Instagram or Facebook with hashtags #ThankATeacher #BookCreator.

At the end of the week, we will choose 10 winners to win an exclusive Book Creator swag bag. πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰

Let your teachers know how special they are to you and give the gift of a card this Teacher Appreciation Week.
