Memorable Moments and Visual Elements
Everyone felt the gloom during the tough COVID-19 pandemic, but there was a project that really stood out—a collaborative book-making activity. One of our students, who is hearing-impaired, participated enthusiastically. Despite his level of English, it didn’t matter much. Thanks to Book Creator, which offers various features that empower students to work independently, he handled the devices skillfully and never needed any extra help from the teacher.
Once the book was completed, I’d make a point to open the page this student worked on and give positive feedback. The best part was seeing the rare smile on their face when the other students clapped and praised their work.

Goals and Aspirations for the Upcoming Year
First, I’m committed to designing inclusive lessons where all students can learn English together, supporting each other without any barriers or discrimination. I’ll continue researching and refining my approach to ensure no one is left out.
Second, I’ll keep mentoring the two groups I’m currently working with, while also helping local English teachers and school colleagues explore the many meaningful activities they can create using Book Creator.
