Turn your kids into published authors

We're in this together
@BookCreatorApp has turned this reluctant writer in to someone who can not wait to sit down and create a new book! It has been awesome to introduce technology that I use in my classroom to my own children. pic.twitter.com/5RcuLVb27G

My little girl had a trip to the park and composed a poem, gathered flowers and pine cones and took photos. She came home and learned how to format and import using Book Creator. Great ebook app and online any age @Y1Kew @MGLWorldNews @BookCreatorApp pic.twitter.com/YOTNiG8qNm

Hannah is showing Charlotte the book she made her in Book Creator! It is all about Charlotte’s favourite things, and features both Nile (the crocodile) and Roarbert (the lion). I have no idea how any of this works, but I’m about to get a full tutorial! #ocsbAtHome pic.twitter.com/IbKdKsLBOg

We have two versions of our app - Book Creator online, for use with teachers and students only, and Book Creator for iPad, which can be used by anyone.

To use Book Creator online, your child's teacher must set up an account first. They’ll create a library and invite you to join with a library code. You sign in first with a Google, Office 365 or Clever account, then enter the library code.
We’ve written some guidance for parents (and teachers) for setting up Book Creator for home learning.
Once you’re signed into Book Creator online, you’ll want to either create a new book or copy a book/template that your teacher has assigned to you. Here’s Ruby with some tips on how to do that.

This is a lovely story of how a father and his 10-year-old daughter combined forces to create a high quality ebook and publish it on the iBooks Store.
This brilliantly inventive father taught his daughter phonics by creating an ebook with her, and app smashing no less than 14 apps with Book Creator!
We’ve made this activity book to give you a helping hand with homeschooling.
Hopefully your teacher has added this to your library. If not, here are some instructions for adding it yourself or downloading it to add to the Book Creator for iPad app.
