On Wednesday 21 January we were thrilled to be judge's choice in the 'Educational Apps' category at the Bett Awards 2015.

Dan Amos, Mike Fosker, Imogen Adams and Dan Kemp from Red Jumper attended the event at The Brewery in London and were at the Bett Conference at the Excel Arena over the following days, meeting some of our users and presenting Book Creator at the Google stand.

Dan Amos, the founder of Book Creator, said:

"Receiving the award is a real testament to the creativity of the students and teachers who use Book Creator in their classrooms each day. We’re thrilled to have this recognition for the collaboration between Red Jumper and all the schools."

What the judges said

The judges were very impressed with the great value of the app (£3.99 in the UK) and its ease of use. They commented, "Book Creator works on iOS and Android platforms. It could make a substantial impact on teaching and learning when used creatively by the teacher and pupils. This app can be used at home or school and across the curriculum."

Debbie French, portfolio director at i2i Events Group summarised; “The Bett Awards bring together developers, distributors and educational practitioners each year to recognise, reward and celebrate ICT excellence in the education sector. Becoming a Bett winner is something that companies strive to achieve. The 2015 Awards mark the 17th year of celebrating and acknowledging the world’s leading developments of ICT within education. We applaud Red Jumper Studio for the excellence it provides.”
